OUR STORY
Hi, I'm Neisha — but you can call me Lee! My balloon journey started back in 2022, although I’d been creating balloon designs for friends and family long before that. Everyone used to tell me, “You should start your own business!” but I brushed it off — until one day, the requests kept rolling in, and I realized it was time to take the leap. That’s how my business was born.
Today, I’ve temporarily paused balloon decorating to focus on something just as exciting: renting unique, high-quality event products that help bring your vision to life. My goal is to elevate your event with pieces that stand out and leave a lasting impression. Balloon décor will always have a special place in my heart, and I plan to bring it back soon — but for now, I’m all about helping you create unforgettable moments through thoughtful rentals.

Renting party supplies from us is simple and hassle-free. Begin by browsing our wide selection of rental items. Once you’ve chosen everything you need, add the items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Be sure to specify your event date, delivery option, and location. We’ll take care of the rest—whether that means preparing your order for pickup or delivering it directly to your venue or doorstep. After your event, we’ll handle pickup during business hours, or if you opted for drop-off, you may return the items within our business hours.

In the event that rental items are damaged or stained during your event, a damage or cleaning fee may apply, depending on the extent of the issue. We understand that accidents can happen, and we assess each situation fairly. We recommend reviewing our rental agreement for full details on our damage policies prior to your event.

Yes, we do our best to accommodate last-minute additions or changes to your rental order, subject to item availability. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible to make adjustments. While we can't guarantee changes after a certain point, we'll always strive to meet your needs whenever possible.

Yes! All bookings require a signed rental contract to be confirmed. You'll receive the link during checkout and again in your booking message.

Absolutely. You can pick up your rental at our Connecticut location. Just make sure your vehicle is enclosed and large enough to transport your items safely.

Yes! We offer both delivery and optional setup/breakdown services for an additional fee. Prices depend on your location, access (stairs, distance, etc.), and order size.

Yes. A 50% non-refundable booking deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due at least 24 hours before your event or at pickup.

If items are returned late or unavailable for pickup past the scheduled time, a late fee equal to the daily rental rate may apply.

You are responsible for any damages or missing items during your rental period. Charges may apply based on the replacement or repair cost.

Booking deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event may still be responsible for the full rental balance.

We are closed on Sundays, but you may book your rental for Saturday for no extra cost and keep it through the weekend. All Sunday-use rentals must be returned or made available for pickup early Monday before 9AM.
